مرقة الدجاج هي  مسحوق يُستخدم لتحضير حساء الدجاج أو إضافة نكهة دجاج غنية للأطعمة. تحتوي على مكونات مثل الدجاج المجفف، الملح، التوابل، والخضروات المجففة، وتُستخدم في تحضير الحساء، الأرز، الصلصات، واليخنات لإضفاء نكهة دجاج قوية.
