اللومي المطحون هو مسحوق ناعم مصنوع من الليمون المجفف بعد غليه وتجفيفه ثم طحنه. يتميز بنكهة حمضية قوية مع مرارة خفيفة ورائحة ترابية مدخنة. يُستخدم في تتبيل الأرز، اليخنات، الحساء، والمأكولات البحرية، كما يدخل في بعض خلطات البهارات.
